The higher shipping charge applies first, then each additional item(s) sent in the same shipment are an additional $2.00 each (USA Shipments only), APO/FPO/Canada/International shipments are separately quoted each time, so please inquire before purchase.
	If a second box is necessary, next highest shipping charge applies and the rest charged as stated above per item.
