IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT SHOWS: Anyone arriving before 8:00 am on Friday will be considered an early arrival and an additional charge of $20/stall per day and $30/camper per night charge will apply.  Please also note that shavings may not be available until Friday, but that special arrangements can be made if necessary.

Stall Reservations start  March 1st (NO EXCEPTIONS) and are on a First-Come/First-Served basis. We cannot guarantee a specific placement.

There is a 5-day cancellation policy on all reserved stalls or you will be required to pay.

For the August NEPHC show:  The Comfort Inn located at Danvers, MA (just a few miles from the Topsfield Fairgrounds) is offering rates of $85 / night, you must book your room 3 weeks prior to any show date referencing the New England Paint Horse Club when making your reservation.

For the Spring Paint-O-Rama and the Amateur/Novice/Youth & Fall Futurity Show being held at Falls Creek Farm, Oneco, CT:  The Holiday Inn Express, Plainfield, CT (exit 87 off Rt. 395) is NEPHC's host hotel and is offering rates of $79 ($119.00 for suites) /night for exhibitors for our Spring show and $99 (for all rooms)/night for exhibitors at our fall show.  You must book your room by April 29 and August 4th, respectively, prior to the respective show date to obtain this reduced rate, referencing the New England Paint Horse Club when making your reservation.
